A. CareLink’s Housecall Physicians and Practitioners work together in developing and managing quality medical care in the safety and convenience of the home setting. Only “medically necessary” services are provided using comprehensive assessment tools that meet or exceed Medicare guidelines.
Q. “Does the Housecall Practitioners from CareLink replace my loved one’s regular physician or specialist?”
A. No, CareLink’s Housecall Practitioners work with the senior’s office-based physician or specialist to assure compliance with a treatment plan in a nursing facility, assisted living community or home setting. If the senior has no primary care physician, CareLink will arrange to have one of our housecall physicians provide your medical care in the home.
